Terms of Use
Effective October 13, 2026
By creating an account or using Giftagraph, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The service
Giftagraph lets you keep gift wishlists, share them with groups of people you choose, and mark gifts as bought. It is run as a small independent project and may change, pause or end at any time.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law where you live requires it.
- Give accurate sign-up information, keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- One person, one account.
Your content
You own what you add, such as list items, notes and photos. By adding it, you allow the site to store it and show it to the people you share it with, which is needed to run the service. Only add things you have the right to share. Do not upload photos of other people without their permission.
Acceptable use
Do not use Giftagraph to:
- break the law, harass, threaten or deceive anyone;
- post harmful, hateful, sexual or otherwise inappropriate content;
- try to see lists or purchase information you are not meant to see, guess invite codes, or probe or interfere with the site's security or availability;
- create accounts or send requests by automated means, or copy the site's data in bulk.
We may remove content or close accounts that break these rules.
Groups and invite codes
Anyone with a group's invite code can join it, and group members can see each other's names, sizes and lists, except where a list is hidden. Share codes carefully. The person who started a group can rename it and change its picture and color.
Links, prices and gifts
Items link to other websites that we do not control. Prices, availability and sizes shown on the site are entered by users and may be out of date or wrong. Buying and gifting is between you and the stores and people involved. The "bought" marks are a convenience and are not a promise that a gift will be given.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without promises that it will always work, be error-free, or keep your information safe from every possible problem. Keep your own copy of anything important.
Limits on our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, the people who run Giftagraph are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from things outside our control, such as outages of our providers. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time on the home page, under "Your account". We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the site or other users at risk.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we make a change that matters, we will update the date at the top of this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
